— dashboards with targets —

Set the target once.
See it everywhere.

Knitstack dashboards are built by asking. Now they also judge: every KPI and chart can carry a target, every chart reads right by default, and the executive scorecard rolls it all up in one sheet.

— targets on any KPI or chart —

Set once in the Targets tab. Tracked everywhere.

A target is a first-class object on the KPI, not a note in a spreadsheet. Cumulative numbers are judged by pace against the plan for today; rates are judged by level. Higher is better, lower is better, or within a range. Pick a row, move a slider, and watch the card, the scorecard and the chat answer follow.

RULES
2

— charts that read right by default —

Rates never in donuts. Top 7 + Other. Units that mean something.

The agent brings whatever the source returned: GA4 dates as 20260816, rates as 0.55 in one place and 1.49 in another, ten slices of a metric that does not add up. Fourteen data rules normalise every widget deterministically before it renders, and the rules only pick the default: one click switches the view, your choice is remembered.

STACK
3

— one legend, working tables —

Stack related charts into one legend. Tables you can actually use.

Revenue and orders by campaign are the same ten labels twice. Stack them: one card, tabs per metric, values side by side, hover in sync, click a header to sort and the donut follows. Tables get search, per-column filters, sort and drag-to-resize, with server pagination kept visible.

— the executive view —

One scorecard rolls the dashboards up. Set up in one sheet.

Link the dashboards you can open, pick a headline KPI per row, done. Status, “vs target”, the count of targets behind, at risk and on track, the owner and the trend are all derived from what each department already tracks. Nothing to keep in a spreadsheet.

Every row is derived: status and “vs target” from the headline KPI, target counts from every target on that dashboard, owner from the target, trend from the period series. Click a row in the product to open the dashboard.

Tick Fulfillment and Production to see the rows appear; change a headline KPI to swap what the row is judged on.

ASK
6

— ask by chat —

“Add benchmark cards.” “Set a target for X.” Said, done.

The chat that built the dashboard also edits it. Ask for researched benchmarks and get a proposal with sources you accept row by row; set or move a target in a sentence; ask why a number is behind and get the pace maths back. Nothing is written until you confirm.
